the reception staff were lovely and helpful! breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice especially if you like cake. our bedroom was of a good size and clean. it was comfortable too.
the aircon did not work properly? this was an issue on one night. the jet2 location map shows the hotel in the wrong place. the hotel needs updating in areas like the shower and some of the fixtures.
